To place your order, you just need to follow these 3 steps: choose your size, choose your lens color and check out.
Just two steps：Measure the length and width of prescription glasses. Then match the shape similar to the shape of your glasses so that the clip-on can cover the lens completely.
No need to create an account, just leave valid contact information and address of the recipient after ordering.
If you want to change your order information after you have paid for your order, you can notify us by email at [email protected]. After we receive your email, we will process the information and solve your request in time, and we will confirm the changed order information with you by email after we finish modifying the order information.
After the order is created, we will send you specific order information by email, including your tracking number, you can check your order information by tracking number.
Lenses
To check if sunglasses are polarized, use our provided polarized test card. Place the lens facing up on the card, and if you see the Goiteia pattern, it means the lens is polarized.

Having flip-up lenses is more convenient as you can simply flip them up when entering a tunnel or a store. Clip-on lenses without the flip-up feature fit more snugly onto the glasses and won’t let light in.
The flip-up style clip on sunglasses is more suitable for double-bridge glasses and aviator glasses, and the non flip-up style is not suitable.
Cleaning lenses with anti-reflective (AR) coatings requires special attention and gentle handling to protect the surface of the AR coating from damage.

(3)Avoid applying excessive pressure to protect the AR coating.
(4)If there are particles, soak the lenses in warm water or use lens cleaning solution before wiping.

Warranty & Services
We offer an exclusive 30 day money-back guarantee. If you don’t completely love your Goiteia, just send them back and we’ll refund you. Also, if you’ve found you ordered the wrong size, simply ship your Goiteia back to us in the original packaging and we’ll send you a new size.
If you need to return an item, please notify us via email within 30 days of receiving the item for the return address and precautions. Please note that any returns that are not notified to us will not be accepted. By the way, we are not responsible for any return postage costs.
In most cases, damage may occur during shipping by the carrier, but we will take full responsibility for such cases. If you experience problems with DOA, please contact us at your earliest convenience and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged package/item. We will arrange for a replacement immediately or issue you a refund. Note: Please do not attempt to repair your glasses yourself as any alterations (glue, etc.) will void the warranty.
All products purchased from Goiteia are covered by a 6-month warranty (6 months after receipt of the product). The warranty only covers problems with defects due to any material and finish, but does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence or improper care.
