Thank you for shopping with Goiteia. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit.

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Completeness: All original accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Inspection: We kindly ask that you inspect the product before opening it to ensure everything is correct.

3. Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and quality control.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Estimate: Before proceeding, we will provide an estimate of the return shipping cost for your approval.
  • Warning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send items to any address not explicitly provided by our support team.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom Products: Special orders, customized items, or prescription glasses (as they are tailored to your specific vision requirements).
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or via gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
  • Deductions: If approved, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees and the 10% restocking fee.
  • Timeline: The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

9. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected.
  • Returns sent outside the eligible 30-day return window will not be accepted.
